Had a great service experience here. Took my Jaguar in for a pre-purchase inspection. They put it on the rack, checked it over, and didn't even charge me. I'll definitely go back when I need more service.

I would NEVER recommend anyone to purchase a car/truck from Shetler-Corley Ford in Crowley ! The staff is RUDE & unprofessional ! When I purchased my SUV from them, Chris Chaisson (finance manager) & John Ward (salesman) told me that I would have to put Life Insurance, Gap Insurance AND an Extended Warranty in order to get my interest rate down with the company that was financing me. When I called the finance company, they stated that, that was not true! The policies have NOTHING to do with me getting approved. When I tried to cancel the policies the dealership REFUSED and got down right RUDE with me ! I am still fighting to get these policies removed off my account !
