Really enjoy the sales people friendly
Service when buying my car was awesome! I recommend asking for Mr. Mike! He was such a pleasure to work with on our purchase. I called and made an appointment to have my oil changed and they were quick even having others in front of me my wait wasn't long. I have also called their service department about an issue I was having. Not only did they get my car in the same day I called, they came pick my car up from me at work and left me with another car to drive! They also kept inform every step of the way during the repair. Absolutely love this dealership and their service!
Good people's friendly great service
Went there for an oil change, made an appointment, was told 10am and i would be out in bout 30mins. Got there 10mins early and was told they let someone ahead of me. 1030am my vehicle wasnt touched. Was told it was next and was going to another 40mins. I left. I've had nothing but horrible experiences with Chevrolet dealerships.
I recommend Nicole Hayes at this car dealership. We had a pleasant experience purchasing a Toyota Camry. Ms. Nicole was helpful and straightforward. She let us look around at our leisure and did not stalk us through the parking lot like most car salespeople you encounter. She answered all our questions. I have yet to encounter a car dealership that I think trustworthy and totally honest but I would go back here again and ask for Nicole!
