Very crowded. I guess that speaks to how good the food is. Great customer service but I wish my food arrived more quickly. More employees would fix that
Service is typically great but why are the chicken legs starting to look like seagull legs? I started ordering only thighs but recently I was told they couldn’t do that..please let the chickens grow a little longer! Sorry but I won’t be visiting your store anytime soon!
Chicken was fresh and hot. Stepped in and lobby was full but service was quick and accurate. Great service!

I literally love this chicken.. Every time I go to go to visit my family in New Iberia I have to stop here and eat coming and going. The food is always hot & fresh!! Unlike the locations in Houston. I refuse to eat at any Houston locations..
