Due to the management. I have to change my review. To know that the management really cares about their customers. Says alot about the business. We eat hear at least once a week. This is the only pizza we get in town.

Pizza is good but The customer service absolutely horrible. Called in to make a order and an associate answered the phone with “Caesars”. Not “ Hello this is Little Caesar’s how may I take you’re order”. Not a very welcoming if you ask me. I brushed that aside an continued with my order. Towards the end of my order I was not asked my name. How are you suppose to know who order is for who without a name but I gave her my name anyways. Then the phone hung up. At that point I was very upset. I was expecting a time on my order, price, and maybe a thank you or possibly have a nice day. I worked in fast food before and it not the best but it’s a job. And I say if you don’t like you’re job there are plenty of others out there willing to do it for you with a smile.

JUST Had the worst dining experience at the Crowley little Caesars. The manager on duty, Erica was absolutely disrespectful un professional and inappropriate, My husband and I were dining with our three teenage children. Ordered our food and waited for about 25 minutes then I had to go up to the counter and ask them to give it to me. As we sat down and I opened up my marinara sauce I realize that it was frozen. I brought it up to the counter and gave it to employ and asked if she would please microwave it for me. She said yes went to the back and I waited another 10 minutes then asked if I could have my marinara sauce back at that time I sat down and it was still frozen. I brought the sauce to the counter and told her that I would like to just get breadsticks . We waited another 28 minutes still no breadsticks I went to the front and I was greeted by the manager she told me that she could not do that. I said OK well can I just pay the difference she rolled her eyes at me and took a deep breath as if she was disgusted like I was bothering her. Then I asked her ,don't you think that you should've told me that you were not gonna serve any breadsticks instead of us waiting this 28 minutes. She was very cocky and talk very Rudly and treated me with a level of disrespect I've never experienced before I got my children together and as we were walking out I needed to use the bathroom I went in the bathroom and noticed that there was no toilet paper I came out of the bathroom and asked if I could please have a roll of toilet paper they all through their hands up and stomped to the back and brought me toilet paper I told her thank you and she rolled her eyes. My daughters were standing by the bathroom and heard the manager and the other employees saying negative things about me so when I came out of the bathroom I told her that it's very inappropriate and that she should not do that to her customers she came at me with anger and said that if she had something to say she would've said it to my face. I'm disgusted by this behavior and we will never be dining at Little Caesars again and I will tell everyone I know and tell them to tell everyone they know that Erica at the Crowley little Caesars was very unprofessional and made our dining experience very unpleasant.
