I was very disappointed with the service. I had my brand new 18k white gold engagement ring re-sized and the jeweler failed to mention that he lacked a rhodium plating machine...which was later compared to "being in the woods at night without a flashlight." All jewelers have the ability to rhodium plate a ring...except them apparently. Should he have mentioned this, I never would have let them touch my ring....which, by the way, turned an ugly yellow color, even after I had it rhodium plated, because the guy used an alloy of metal with an uneven ratio of gold and nickel when re-sizing my ring. I now have to spend a ridiculous amount of money to have my band completely reshanked to look new again bc no amount of rhodium plating will fix what this moron did to my ring. Please save yourselves and NEVER let these people touch your precious jewelry, unless of course you are paying them to ruin it, then they will suit to your needs to perfection.
