I LOVE THE SERVICE U GET AT LOWES THE PEOPLE ARE SO FRIENDLY
My husband and I visited the Lowe's in Crowley, LA yesterday. We purchased a refrigerator, a stove and ceiling tiles. Ebony helped us and was absolutely wonderful!! We went in thinking that we knew what we wanted but after Ebony showed us features and helped us compare other appliances we left having purchased completely different appliances than we had previously decided on!! She was so helpful and so very kind and patient - and she has the BEST sense of humor!! She even helped us save money!!
Guy in door dept very helpful. Cashier in front had no interest in helping customer.
Just went in for adding more tools for my toolbox. Was a bit disappointed at customer service, while workers were standing and talking, we had to look for a worker only to ask about a project calculator that was on display and wasn't even near the display plus they were out. Will think hard about making the trip back to this place in the future.
We went in to get an air conditioner. DON'T TRY TO GET ANY OF THEM TO HELP. THEY DANCE ALL AROUND THAT. BUNCH OF WORTHLESS PEOPLE.
