Felicia Joseph,the nurse practitioner is very knowledgeable and listens to all of my health concerns.She truly cares about each and every one of her patients.Everyone else who works there is top notch as well.
Everyone was very nice until I got to the back! Dr. Felicia Joseph was very rude and sarcastic! I was sent to her from Lafayette General due some serious issues and needed more test run! Spot on my lung and something wasn't right with my liver! She rudely said to me, "I like to get to know more about my patients before running any tests on them. So, honestly I wouldn't be running any test on you for the next 3-4 months!" Really! Even with all my records that were sent to you from Lafayette General and me signing over all the rights to look at my past records! I told her my history and that fact that I had been dealing with a certain illness for 16 years now! Was not impressed with her at all and have heard from numerous people that they were treated the same way!
Very knowledgeable NP, explains your diagnosis thoroughly and in a way you understand. Very professional and competent.
I heard the dentist was awesome, but I will not return to find out!
